Cookout primary at #1 is firmer than article count suggests: F&W cluster (1) + SE cluster (1) + BA single (1) = three independent editorial decisions, not 13 scattered articles. - *≥2 distinct publications for primary*: F&W microplastics cluster (4 articles, all F&W) demoted from primary to single-source highlights. Real story but no cross-source echo this delta.
